Tango Technique for Followers

Our dance can be even more delightful when we feel stable and relaxed. During the Tango technique classes we will do exercises to find our axis as well as to improve and refine our balance and core strength. We will also work our feet, our articulations and our embrace.we focus on refining your balance and posture. Body awareness is the key. We will focus on every detail from your back to your feet.
